This is a multi-part training course, delivered over four days. Delegates must attend all four sessions. Each session will be intense and involve interactive theory, followed by a live demo with video consolidation. Delegates will then inject live patients using techniques covered.

You will gain expertise and proficiency in performing safe and predictable, evidence based techniques using both needle and cannula

Session 1 : Full Face Toxin

Aims and Objectives

• Understand Anatomy with special regard to injection depth, areas of maximum muscle thickness and motor end plate location.
• Allow delegates to provide toxin treatments in a highly efficacious manner with lower dosing.
• Understand the science of Botulinum Toxin, injection patterns and techniques.
• Gain extensive knowledge of facial anatomy; upper third, mid-face and lower face.
• Understand the complication involved in Botulinum Toxin Injections.

Session 2 : Lips & Perioral Augmentation

Aims and Objectives

• Pertinent anatomy for safe and effective outcomes
• Product rheology specific for indications treated
• Use of Cannula and 4mm needle as appropriate
• Management of associated complications

Session 3 : Midface & Tear Trough Augmentation

Aims and Objectives

• Know anatomy relevant to dermal filler administration.
• Gain knowledge of the various dermal fillers available and intended use including the placement and injection techniques for each.
• Learn protocols associated with the various dermal fillers including recommendations, product duration, placement, contraindications, and possible side effects associated.
• Learn the various injection techniques associated for midface and tear troughs and gain the necessary skills to perform these injections.
• Understand the various techniques needed to perform midface and tear trough augmentation.
• Receive invaluable hands on training to enhance your injection skills and techniques, understand the need to offer touch ups and in setting client expectations.
• Cannula Training – we will teach you to use cannula.
• The importance of how to conduct a thorough consultation and assessment of the patient to ensure a safe, comfortable procedure that delivers maximum results.
• Discuss the products that are used for this procedure
• Safety protocols and full understanding of potential complications and side effects
• How to inject Hyaluronidase enzyme to remove hyaluronic acid dermal fillers if required

Session 4 : Chin & Jawline

Aims and Objectives

• Gain expertise and proficiency in performing safe and predictable, advanced evidence based dermal filler injections in the chin and jawline.
• Know anatomy relevant to dermal filler administration.
• Gain knowledge of the various dermal fillers available and intended use including the placement and injection techniques for each.
• Learn protocols associated with the various dermal fillers including recommendations, product duration, placement, contraindications, and possible side effects associated.
• Learn the various injection techniques associated for chin and jaw augmentation and gain the necessary skills to perform these injections.
• Understand the various techniques needed to perform chin and jaw augmentation.
• Receive invaluable hands on training to enhance your injection skills and techniques, understand the need to offer touch ups and in setting client expectations.
• Cannula Training – we will teach you to use cannula.

Courses are limited to 6 delegates to ensure quality of the hands-on training.

You Provide

It is recommended that you bring your own model to the course for their continuity of care. If this is not possible we may have the option to arrange a model if given adequate notice.

Certificate

Delegates will be provided with a certificate of competency at the end of the training. The course is approved and verified with Hamilton Frazer.
